That is why we are proud of our industry leading turnaround times. Through our network of specific minerals and metals testing laboratories we can provide an independent determination of quality when you need it.

Our services include:

  • Classical wet bench chemistry as well as technologically advanced instrument determination

CCIC Jakarta established its own coal laboratory in Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan, Indonesia in April 2009. Indonesia being the largest exporter of thermal coal in the world and the fact that Kalimantan is rich in coal resources, Banjarbaru in the South provided the perfect platform for the geographical expansion of our coal services due to its location being one of the main supply routes to China market.

Subsequently, in June 2010, CCIC Jakarta established its second coal laboratory in Samarinda, East Kalimantan. The third coal laboratory in Palembang, the capital city of the south Sumatra province in Indonesia, started operations in April 2012. In the effort to demonstrate strict compliance to the highest quality and technical assurance, on 20th June 2013, all the three coal laboratories have been accredited to ISO 17025 standards by KAN (Komite Akreditasi Nasional), which is the National Accreditation body of Indonesia.

With this setup, we are now able to provide a complete range of services to the international coal community. CCIC Jakarta’s Coal Laboratories can analyse and certify quality of coal originating from pre-shipment and/or stock pile before loading. We also offer quality certification services for coal sampled during loading and discharging. The services we provide are as below:
