TANK CALIBRATION
Tank calibration is the science of determining the exact true volume of a containment system corresponding to a certain measurement value. Reliable quantity measurement is the critical basis of good contractual relationships in worldwide trading of chemicals, petroleum products and liquefied gases. This can only be assured by accurate and regular calibration.
Using innovative laser-calibration measurement technology, we help companies to reduce time and costs of tank management, as well as offer precise storage tank calibration in compliance with International Standards.

We conduct dimensional measurement for various tank shapes as follows:

METERING SERVICES
From production platforms through pipeline systems to tankers and oil refineries, from terminals through inland distribution systems, inaccurate measurement leaves a company exposed to the risk of large financial losses. Delivery of fluids in precise adjustable flow rates is sometimes called metering.
Meters are used to calculate precisely the volume or weight of the liquid or gas that was transferred (flowed) through the pipeline systems. Meter proving (calibration) is increasingly required within the process of dynamic measurements to ensure that the highest practicable measurement accuracy is achieved.
Depending on the facilities, we can provide the equipment and expertise to prove meter accuracy and calibrate the meter and associated instrumentation to maintain measurement standards.
CCIC Singapore is a Authorized Verifier (AV) as designated by the Weights and Measures Office (WMO), Spring Singapore.
For new metering projects, we provide the following services:
- Review design of metering systems to ensure compliance with standards
- Witness Factory Testing of metering systems
- Certify gas and liquid metering systems
- Perform acceptance testing on behalf of client
- Design / Review systems for hydrocarbon allocation
For fields in production, services provided are as follows:
- Validation of production data to “allocate” hydrocarbons to parties sharing pipelines or process facilities
- Routine calibration and verification of gas/liquid metering systems
- Verification of measurement calculations
- Inspection, testing, calibration and maintenance of online analyzers
- Maintenance and support services for measurement operations
- Calibration of “Fiscal” metering systems using mobile master prover
